What type of services do you provide?

We provide "Guided" and "As Directed" chauffeured transportation for all occasions. Hover over our Services tab at the top of the page to get details on many of our services.

What vehicles do you offer for hire?

Executive Sedans, Suburban SUVs, Lincoln Limousines, Chrysler Limousines, Passenger Vans, and an Executive Luxury Mini-Coach. View our limo fleet here.

Do you offer point-to-point transportation?

Yes, a minimum charge does apply each way and it's based on our travel time.

When does the hourly rate or time start?

Our hourly rate begins when the car arrives at your doorstep and ends at your final destination. For destinations more than 20 miles or 30 mins (which ever is greater) from our base in Milford, MA, our clock begin and end at our base.

What type of payments do you accept?

Cash, Check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Billing Accounts are available for all clients.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, but only on limousine and mini-coach reservations. A minimum of $100 is required to secure the reservation.

Is your facility handicap accessable?

Yes, ramps and wide doors allow easy access to our office.

Do you have a minimum number of hours?

Yes, our minimum for limousine reservations is four (4) hours on weekdays and five (5) hours on weekends. Our executive mini-coach always has a five (5) hour minimum. Some services are priced at a flat fee.

How is gratuity handled and what additional fees can I expect?

As always, gratuity for your chauffeur is at your discretion. Customarily 18% - 20% of the base rate is standard, and if you prefer, we will happily add it on to your transactions automatically. Cash gratuities are always appreciated. Tolls and other surface fees will be added to the bill. Parking fees, where applicable, will also be added to the bill.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with an Elegant Certificate for any amount that can personalized for your recipient. Contact us today.
