GUARANTEE
Our service is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Should you be dissatisfied, please call us. We will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
RESERVATIONS
Our reservationists are available by phone 7 days a week; 8am to 8pm. Call us Toll Free (800) 696-5466 or if you are local or calling internationally call us at (508) 473-2262. If you would like to make a reservation outside of business hours, you can call and speak to our on-call service to leave a message to have us call you back or email us at reservations@accentlimo.com. Or online booking is available 24/7. A credit card is required to make a reservation.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your travel plans. Changes to your pick up time, made within two (2) hours of your reservation may result in a “short-notice” change fee of $50. In rare circumstances we may be unable to accommodate your request due to availability, in that case you may keep the original reservation or cancel the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY - AIRPORT
Cancel at any time. However, cancellations made within three (3) hours of your reservation may result in a “cancellation” fee equal to the full cost of the service price provided in your rental contract confirmation. By booking our service you agree to this cancellation policy. Exceptions are only made due to extreme weather conditions resulting in flight cancellations or the inability to traverse the roads.
CANCELLATION POLICY - NON AIRPORT
Cancel at any time. However, cancellations made within the vehicles cancellation window (listed below) are subject to the full cost of the rental minimum at the hourly service price provided in your rental contract confirmation. By booking our service you agree to this cancellation policy.
Sedan/SUV – 3 hour window
Sprinters – 24 hour window
Limousines – 48 hour window
Mini/Coach Bus – 72 hour window
DEPOSITS
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A $100 deposit is required for all services except for Airport services and services in our Sedans and SUVs. Reserving our luxury Mini-Coach, or a full-sized Coach Bus require a $200 deposit.
AIRPORT ARRIVALS
We monitor the flight information that you provide to us so please call us as soon as possible if there is a change in your airline or flight number. We automatically update your arrival time and will meet you when you arrive. Follow directions to the Limo Pick Up area and look for your chauffeur holding an “Accent” sign with your last name. In addition, all our cars have “Accent” vanity plates and our chauffeurs are in black uniforms to make us easier to find.
Boston Logan Airport: Our drivers are held in a security zone until ten (10) minutes after your flight lands. They are then permitted to advance to the terminal where they are restricted to a ten (10) minute window to meet and load you into the vehicle. You should call your driver or our office when you are ready to meet your driver and we will dispatch the car to the terminal to meet you.
Terminal A: Meet your chauffeur outside the Terminal on the Ground (Baggage) Level. Go out door A102 to the limousine Pickup area which is straight across two (2) lanes of traffic.
Terminal B: Meet your chauffeur outside the Terminal on the Ground (Baggage) Level. Go out either door B102 or B113 to the limousine Pickup area which is across the the LIMO crosswalk.
Terminal C: Meet your chauffeur inside the Central Parking Garage on the Ground Floor. To get there, cross the Cat-walk via the 3rd floor, then take the elevator down to the Ground Level. The limousine Pickup area is right outside the elevator.
Terminal E: Meet your chauffeur outside the Terminal on the Ground (Baggage) Level. Go out door E104 to the limousine Pickup area which is straight across two (2) lanes of traffic then to the left.
Providence TFG Airport: We will meet you inside the Terminal on the Ground level near baggage claim. Please do not go outside.
WAITING TIME CHARGES
Airport: Please meet the driver as soon as you get your luggage. There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 60 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic flights or within the first 90 minutes after touchdown of all international flights. Once the grace period has passed, waiting time will be charged $15 per every 15 minutes until the passenger meets the driver.
Non-Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you are in the vehicle within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled pick up time. Once the grace period has past, waiting time will be charged by the vehicle's hourly rate, rounding up in half-hour increments starting from the scheduled pickup time.
NO SHOW POLICY
Airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location for the arriving fight information you provided to us and there has not been any contact with Accent Limousine after 60 minutes for domestic flights or 90 minutes for international flights you will be considered a “No Show” and will be charged 100% of the reservation contract total. If you can't locate your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE! Call our office and we will locate your driver and assist you in locating your reserved car.
Non-airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location, and there has not been any contact with Accent Limousine after 45 minutes, you will be charged 100% of the reservation contract total. If you can't locate your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE! Call our office and we will locate your driver and assist you in locating your reserved car.
EARLY MORNING/LATE NIGHT CHARGES
We charge an additional $10 fee per half hour before 5:00am and after 12:00am. This fee is included in the calculation of the drivers gratuity. If you require service in the early morning or late at night, be sure to ask your reservationist what additional fees may apply.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
We charge an additional 10% Fuel Surcharge and 10% Admin Fee on all reservations. Extra Stops are also subject to an additional fee. Be sure to include all details of your trip when making your reservation so we can provide an All-Inclusive quote that will include all fees, charges, and tip for your trip. If you make any changes to your original reservation, you will be provided with an updated quote based on your new reservation.
DAMAGE
Customers will be held liable for any damage that they or any member in their party cause to our vehicle. A Cleaning Surcharge of $100.00 will be charged if there is smoking, spilled liquids, or excessive trash left in the limousine. A Sanitization Fee of $250 will be applied if someone is sick in the vehicle.
ALCOHOL / SMOKING Alcohol Consumption is permitted if all members of the party are over the legal use age (21). Smoking/ Vaping is not allowed. Drug use is prohibited by law. The driver has the right to terminate service immediately without refund if there is a violation or blatant indiscretion by any member of the party.
LIABILITY
Accent Limousine is not responsible for passenger expenses in the event of a mechanical failure. We are responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances in traffic or weather. Limousine is not responsible for items left or damaged in our vehicles. We ask you to please check the vehicle before you leave the vehicle. If something is found, it is entered into out Lost & Found box in our secure office until it is claimed.

Accent Limousine Service respects individual privacy and is committed to protecting and insuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. The following describes the type of information we collect when you visit our site and how we use that information.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
In order to use certain services we provide on our site, you will need to register with us or fill out a form. When you register or fill out a form, we will gather such information as your name, phone numbers, mailing, and email address. If you make a reservation, we will also ask you for your credit card information to process payment. This information will not be used for any other purpose than processing and/or referencing your reservation and will not be shared with anyone outside of Accent Limousine Service.
WHAT WE DO WITH INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal data is collected to facilitate the online booking process as well as to ensure efficient processes each time a customer logs on. Information such as name, addresses, phone numbers, email address, and credit card data are stored so that you will not have to re-enter the data again. We do not sell, rent, or disclose any of your personal identifying information to third parties.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Accent Limousine Service secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your information is secured on computer servers in a controlled, secured environment, protected from any unauthorized access or use. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
