1. What type of services do you provide?
We provide "Guided" and "As Directed" chauffeured
transportation for all occasions. Look in our Summary of Services for
descriptions of all our services.
2. When does the hourly rate or time start?
Our hourly rate begins when the car arrives at your
doorstep and ends at your final destination.
For destinations more than 20 miles from our base in
Milford, MA, our rates begin and end at our base.
3. Do you have a minimum number of hours?
Yes, our minimum for limousine reservations is four (4)
hours on weekdays and five (5) hours on weekends. Our
executive mini-coach always has a five (5) hour minimum.
Some services are priced at a flat fee.
4. What vehicles do you offer for hire?
Lincoln Town Cars, Lincoln Navigators, Lincoln
Limousines and an Executive Mini-Coach.
5. What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and
Discover.
Billing Accounts are available for all clients.
6. Are there any additional fees?
Gratuity for your chauffeur is customarily 18%-20% and
will be added to all credit card and billed transactions
if it was not given to the chauffeur directly.
Tolls and other state fees will be added to the bill.
Parking fees where applicable will also be added to the bill.
7. Do you offer point-to-point transportation?
Yes, a minimum charge does apply each way and it's based
on our travel time.
8. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, but only on limousine and mini-coach reservations.
A minimum of $100 is required to secure the reservation.
9. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, We are happy to provide you with an Elegant
Certificate for any amount that can personalized for
your recipient.
10. What is the Customer Login box for?
This feature allows you to book reservations directly
from our website in real time and gives you the ability
to manage your account from anywhere at anytime. You can
view up to the minute status of your reservations, add
multiple passengers to your account, store Pick up and
Drop off locations, store credit card info, see
historical trip data and much more.
